Not another collage of things you think you should want. A feelings-first workbook to help you get radically clear on the life you actually want to live, then turn it into images, words, and small daily actions.
Send Me the Free WorkbookThat question stuck with me for years. As kids we had so much spaciousness and joy. Then we got told no. We got told we weren't good at things. And whether we like it or not, it shaped who we are today. This workbook starts there, with a clean slate.
Name the roles you carry (mother, partner, the "responsible one") and ask what you'd want if none of them could answer for you.
Pick 3–5 anchor feelings, then run the body check: if a word feels performative or heavy, it's not yours.
What does an ordinary Tuesday look like when you feel this way? Guided prompts for your personal life, work, and money.
A simple prompt recipe and a copy-and-use template to create images of a life that doesn't exist yet, with guardrails.
Image inventory, color and texture palette, what's intentionally not on your board, plus an optional feng shui layout.
Pair each vision with one small action, set a boundary that protects it, and use the check-in pages to keep it alive.
Plus: printable vision board cutouts to get you started.
When I want to feel bold, I wear red lipstick. I actually tested this. I'd wear it into bars and ask the servers what they thought of a woman in red lipstick. (I love an experiment.) Feeling bold makes me feel heard and seen. So red lipstick goes on my board.
Do that for each of your words and your board stops being a wish list. It becomes a map.
Tell me where to send it and I'll email you the workbook and the printable cutouts right away.
I just redid my own board and it took me a couple of days. That's completely normal. There's no right or wrong way to do this: a big board, a little board, a whiteboard with tape, a lock screen on your phone. Use your creativity. Just hang it somewhere you'll actually see it.
And play. When was the last time you played?
I'm a life coach, HR consultant, and host of Heather's Kitchen Sink, where we talk about the real stuff we'd usually leave in the sink. In 2017 and 2018, everything I'd attached my identity to was stripped away. I've been making vision boards since the very first one I glued onto the back of a gift box, and this process is part of my coaching program, Who Are You Without the Labels.
Yes. Pop in your name and email and it lands in your inbox.
Not at all. Magazines, printed photos, your own pictures, and words all work beautifully. The AI section is there if you want to create images of moments that don't exist yet.
No. It's an optional layer. If you don't use it, nothing bad happens. There are no rules on this stuff. It's about what speaks to you.
Give yourself more than an hour. Most people need to sit with the first question for a while, and that's part of the work.
Please do. Grab the workbook, invite a few friends over, and make it a vision board night.
